The Encyclopedia is indeed written in HTML, as well as the MOD descriptions and various other stuff.
You can find it in the resource.zip file, under html/encyclopedia.
I wouldn’t put parts of the game online, though. You don’t have the rights to do that. We only have music and other files here, because they were made public.

It’s a shame that we don’t host the game. It seems really complex and you can do a lot of things. Sadly, the fonts and menus are a bit broken on modern browsers 🙁

No, EoC Online is a browser game. They put it out as advertisement prior to the release of Edge of Chaos. So it’s reeeeaaally old.
To be honest, I’m very surprised that this even survived over all these years. Someone at flipside must be an I-War fan. 🙂
