I think your project is a cool idea, although you may get legal complications with it.
I believe the name “I-War” is protected and you also used at least one asset from the original game for Hoffers Wake. 😉

I’m very excited by the game! I just finished the time-critical mission where all the gunstars shut down from time to time and I have to disable them.
Afterwards, they all get destroyed – what the hell? So why did I even get them in the first place? 😀 This game is more unforgiving than Dark Souls! 😀
And then I thought I will get a super-hardcore mission…no. I have to paint a ship. 😀 Great.

That’s interesting. So ATARI just took the German intro and put it on their website.
I even changed the language to English on their website, the “trailer” was still in German. Meh, it’s an old game, I guess they didn’t really think about it.
The intro from Youtube is in poor quality, they can keep it. 😀 Thanks for Cormorants website, though.

Wow, that thing looks seriously overkill. I have a SideWinder Force Feedback Pro and I thought, I would never need any more buttons :silly:

That poster is really cool. I got it from GOG, where someone uploaded a high-res version of it. I think I will add it to the downloads here. 🙂

I’m still at Act 1 – couldn’t play recently because I had to code this website 🙂
Good thing I’m running on XP with ancient hardware, just for this game. That should (hopefully) prevent strange crashes of the game.
