Aw man, this sucks. Thank you to bringing this to my attention. I hope for the best (this is my and my wife’s favorite TV show), but I am happy that they could end the season with this big of a bang.

As the user billbradford says (http://hackaday.com/2016/06/13/review-monoprice-mp-select-mini-3d-printer/#comment-3054326): The printer is actually made by Malyan. Apparently, what you linked to is either a re-brand or a copy. But hey, that’s the beauty of Chinese products: Once one manufacturer gets something right, others will surely step in and copy his work down to the last bolt. 😉

    Link to Malyan: http://malyansys.com/en/product/m200/

I just noticed: The original Malyan printer has two fans, while the Infitary/Monoprice only has one. But this is only according to their website, Hobbyking.com sells the Malyan M200 (with four different power plugs, US, UK, EU, and AU) with only one fan. Strange. Then again, despite the issues named in the article, it’s still a very interesting product. And Christmas nine months from now… 😉

Funny thing: Just today I found an offer for a cheap but apparently very good 3D printer: https://hobbyking.com/de_de/malyan-metal-3d-printer-m200-2.html

However, apparently it’s out of stock on this website (but still available over Alibaba), and I found one review that states it’s good. I asked the German c’t magazine if they can review it. If they do that and the printer turns out to be good, it will be mine, as 200 € is what I’m ready to shell for such a thing.

    Just use a 3D printer, and you’re done. ^^

Well, thank you for your trying. I dunno, maybe Stephen Robertson reads this and could have a look in his files. I’ll be sure to poke him.

I wish you good luck to resolve whatever issues there are. Keep your head up!

IronDuke, there was another mission that caused a lot of issues, I think it was Wolf’s Lair (or something like that). Can you fix that mission, too?

Admin Edit: Offtopic split off. (Since the forum software is garbage, the answer to this post is here.)

My brother made a Summoner out of Lego back in the day. Parts of it stil exist, missile tube, PPC arms and all, but I’d have to re-assemble the parts. If I’ll get around do do it, I’l post pictures. It looks as colourful as the Chessking’s cargo carrier. 😉
