In the meantime, you might be able to find a workaround on your own. Ships are available at shipyards and another type of station that I cannot remember the name of. If you don’t have enough money, you should be able to make enough in the ship you already have.

    if I don’t go into information overload…

Yeah, the site covers even the basics pretty thoroughly. All you need to know is the syntax so you can do the same things with C++ as you can with C#. One thing that I hope the site teaches is how to draw to the canvas. I took a Java class once, and it was all console work.

By the way, I forgot to mention: The Mechcommander 2 open source code is in C++, and I can understand it pretty well. It is quite similar to Javascript.

So apparently it’s all in C++. :pinch: I only know C# and pog, so figuring out simerge could take years.

I don’t know C++ either, but I already plan on learning someday.

I’m glad you’re sticking to it. I should be able to start sometime this next week.

I will try to help you. I don’t have good access to a computer that can run I-War 2 right now, but I have plans to change that. Just wanted to let you know.

I’ve played through the game, and you will not be disappointed.

I am interested in this project as well. However, I already have a lot of projects stacked up. If I can make some good progress on several of them, I may take a look at the code.
