I love the story of EoC2 so much, but I’ve never managed to complete it. One of these days, I will though, and it will be glorious.

Very exciting indeed! It reminds me a bit of Rodina, a more recent title. Hopefully, IronDuke will be able to salvage the Simerge project. It’s always a shame when promising projects die.
Although, it’s worth noting that most ships in-universe aren’t equipped for atmospheric reentry.

Well, there is a mod that lets you control any ship you encounter by using REM link. I quite enjoy it, although I understand it is not exactly a legit or serious way to play. Still, there is nothing quite like wreaking havoc with a megafreighter by parking it right outside the exit of a lagrange point.

Despite being from a younger generation (I’m 21), I actually prefer to play games offline too. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s the feeling of needing to login to a game just because my guildmates/teammates/whatever are there. If I want to talk to people, I’ll just message someone on Skype or visit a forum, like this one for instance. 😆

I just got a new computer about 4 times more powerful than the old one. It’s Windows 10, too. I just started up I-War 2, and I’ve been playing Instant Action without a problem.

This is shaping up to be the best space game of the last decade. Maybe some day, you’ll reuse these mechanics to give us an unofficial sequel to I-War 2! I can only hope. Either way, I for one am rooting for you.
