Raising the ante = bug infested. please help

help please!!!!!!!
I’m on raising the ante, where you have to fly to some base that has antimatter pods and then go through 3 waves of marauders. I know how to do it but thanks to the excellent programming i don’t get a chance. here’s what happens – transport picks up pods and starts flying off. Hits LDS and then i see death cutscene of it spinning around and exploding.
WELL DONE BOYS. YET ANOTHER BUG- GOOD WORK.

Jeez.
Does anyone have a savegame, i’m not gonna try and do it i’m fed up, just want to get on with the game.
