Problem with Jackson

Hello everyone, ive had EOC for the last two years but i recently discovered the ton of mods available and i decided to replay the game , after installing the F14 patch i ran the custom jafs, starmap reference and free form mods, everything was fine until i got to act 2, when i first enter the coyote system im not greeted buy the two hillbillys that guard the (sorry, i cant remember that bloody planets name at the moment) L-point.

Ive tried flying to jacksons yard but when i dock nothing happens.
Last night i downloaded the patch that claims to fix this problem but after arriving in coyote system those guys still arent there and clay doesnt tell me about the system, neither can i speak to jackson despite the fact it appears as a mission objective when i exit the L-point.

I even turned off all the mods, including multimod, but it hasnt made the slightest difference, so, any suggestions?
