Now I’ve been able to put up with the high difficulty of the game so far, but the freighter escort mission in Act 2 has pushed me to the point of quitting.
Ater becoming an EXPERT at taking out the mine field, dodging a million missiles, and taking out those damned mauruder ships I still fail the mission. After formating with the freighters and entering LDS everything goes fine until someone fires an LDSi missle. Before I even get a second to defend the freighters from attack I just get an instant mission failed – Clay : “Those freighters are defenceless”.
What am I doing wrong?
