Picking up the pieces

I went to see the new station but I never got to go on that mission
i finished mission 24 act 2 ready to go on mission 25 but nothing.
i did everything to get my pilots. i did trouble at the ranch, meet the omen, and by the way the oman never said he would pledge pilots he said he would only trade with me and i did high noon. how dod i get picking up the pieces? this is the only one i didn’t do yet,
why !!!!!!!!!!!
