On/Of switch mod for the turrets ??

Hey all, long time no see.:)

So, got me some time off from school, and started playing EoC again, and I was wondering if anyone can tell me where to get a on/of switch mod for the turrets, I seem to remember reading about it here somewhere but I can’t find it, anyone have an idea concerning it’s location [?]
