    Must I complete the side missions “Marauder’s Cache” and “Run of the Mill: before this mission comes available? Just as a reminder, Marauder’s cache is the locator beacon from Mr. Oregon(the Miner) and Run of the Mill is the attack on the ships near Cleitus Metal works.
