Junkyard in contact list

Hi dudez,

Two days ago I started all over and I begun playing the game from the begin, but now I’ve done some missions and I found out that I have, the junkyard in my contact list everytime I launch.
I don’t care about that but wenn I fly to the junkyard there’s nobody, no junker, no stepson guy, completely nobody.
Can I fix this by reinstalling the game or is this bug/failure saved in my savegame?
