EoC Control Guide?

Hi, I purchased Edge of Chaos at the weekend on the “Best of Infogrames” label. Basically the manual comes in PDF format on the CDs as this is similar to a white label release.
The trouble is the PDF file mentions that with the original game there was a “Edge of Chaos Control Guide” but Infogrames doesn’t seem to have included this.

I assume this is a keyboard control map sheet, if this is the case can anyone tell me how to go about getting hold of a copy. Since remembering the keys is turning into a complete nightmare!
