Did EoC ever have a script when developed?

When EoC was in production (and I-War for that matter), was a movie-script ever written? One which layed out the general missions and flow of the story? When a movie would play and so on? Or did the development document cover these things?

If any of this stuff exists, would it be possible to see it?

Who decided what type mission would be created and where it would be placed?

And, does anyone know of any links to articles which feature how EoC and I-War were made? It’d be cool to see what steps and processes EoC went through in its creation.
