Cutter Corvette

I know i have brought it up before, but can we *please* fix the cutter corvette ingame?

For such a lovly ship it has so many bugs.

To fix it i will need someone who is willing to basically create the ship from scratch under a set of fairly hard specific insturctions, but do not worry about balencing it or loading it out with weapons, as long as the 3d model for it, its turret, and all the rest are done, i can finish off polishing off its systems/armour etc etc.

Is anyone willing? if so i will give the list of things i would like done.
