    I have uploaded a the first of the “Epic Platform” code releases.

    This release:
    Removes the player base and adds a save screen to UniGui.

    Rewrites FutureTrader
    Add use of the future Econ mod data for station trades.
    Adds system by system player inventory.
    Adds cargo pod handling for trade.
    Adds faction feeling dependent trade offers.
    Adds trade ships.
    Adds illegal / legal cargo distinction.

    Rewrites iFleet.
    Adds saving all player ship exact locations.
    Adds saving cargo pods docked to player ships.
    Adds New Game player setup.

    Rewrites Location Finder
    Adds Cargo depot support
    Adds new star system support
    Adds pog station support

    Rewrites MultiMod
    Adds save anywhere feature
    Adds new Script.ini to support Epic features

    Faction and Reputation GUI
    Adds a new gui to display faction relations
    and skill level of player

    Reputation Tracking
    There is some new (and kind of buggy) code that
    will lower faction relations when the player
    attacks a factions ships. It will raise
    faction level when the player helps a faction
    already under attack.

    There is a release document with more details in the package. This is an alpha release and not for the casual user.

    I have left the EOCs traffic and mission scripts enabled to make other testing easier. You should be able to run all of these mods and new code and ships you are testing. If there are problems, I want to know. Once traffic scripts are up and running (who knows when) I will disable all EOC scripts (already tested that and it works fine).

    Please take a look at the new GUI screens. I will publish a style guide if no one objects to this look and feel.

    My next weeks goals:
    Publish the complete features list for discussion and debate.
    Prototype the faction mission generator.
    Prototype the chessboard fleet handler.
    (these last two, because they need better understanding).
