Can someone help me ?(I need a file pack)

I’m a Chinese and I like the game.I have a Chinese Version of the game.But after it’s translated,many bugs appears,and I can’t use any mods.So I upgrade it to F14,the problem is,after patched the game,the game language changed to English but the text language is still chinese.The result is that now I can’t read anything now.I checked the game installion,I can sure what I need is a folder named “text” under the game folder,which contains the game text,and maybe a “text” folder in the resource folder.
So,can someone help me,zip and upload or mail this folder to me?My e-mail is necromancer3@126.com
