Act 3- Upping the Ante

I cannot figure this one out, I get to the anti-matter storage place, the freighter picks up the antimatter, we leave, and then the freighter stops and they say the antimatter containment field is down, Clay comes up and says that the ship will blow up if we can’t find a way to restore power, but doesn’t give any sort of hint, so how the hell do I restore power to the freighter?
