TS-US running in window, only as Admin

Hello all,

I have TS-US installed on an HP Win 7 machine. It looks great.

I’ve noticed that when I run TS-US logged in as the administrator (the account that installed the game), the game runs within a window, which is really handy. When I run the game from a regular user account, the game runs in “full display” mode just as EoC did. I’m wondering if there is something I can adjust to get the “windowed” mode working in the regular user account.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
