Can’t manufacture all blueprints

    I modded the savegame to to give me all the blueprints. I even modded some of the trade deals, so I could obtain the blueprints through trades.
    I have all 28 blueprints, but the game only allows me to manufacture from 11 of the blueprints.

    What am I missing?
