Help needed – My Install disk is damaged!!

When trying to reinstall Edge of Chaos,
Installation abort due to I/O error. The installtion cannot continue,
because my Install disk is damaged (many scratches on the surface) !!
Unfortunately,the BIG DUMB I am , didn’t make any Backup copy.
Could someone send me a copy of SETUP.EXE from the install disk.
French version if possible, I coold accomodate other LANG files if not.
