Cannot download: Torn stars Trade data

Hello,

I have been playing your mod. It is very good.

I do have a problem. I have been trying to Download the Trade data xls file, but it keeps stopping at 2,000,000 bytes (exactly) every time.

I think it is a server problem. It seems to do it for my computer and my work computer.
