Act 2 new ship

Hi all

Ive started playing this game again recently
and have hit a snag in ACT 2

Having rescued the ambasador and returned to base i got the message
saying thanks..and advising i visit the ritz and speak to indigo. Before doing that i did a mission where i defend an l-point (successful) and then went to the ritz and met indigo.

Now here is the problem, the guide says i should now have a mssage
saying sorry and asking for help..which leads to the patchcom being given. However although there are other missions offered the email from indigo has not come.

Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this?. Game is patched but not modded
