End of Act2…stumped again

Just when I think I’m on a roll I get stumped, have to tuck my tail and beg for answers from here. I’m at the end of act 2( I believe), just finished the mission to find the hidden L point, the one where you just go in your command vessel, then I get an email saying go to Mwari and help out the MCA, ok now what, where do I go, just run around shooting marauders till I get bored, I haven’t gotten another communication in a while, any help would be appreciated.
