If you’ll allow a question from a newbie…:D
The best I’ve been able to find is around $30 plus shipping at http://www.gogamer.com . Sites like mysimon.com don’t even find that one– any advice on getting it cheaper (preferably the version with the printed manual–I don’t think the budget rerelease is available in the USA in any case).
